Pros: Convenient location, reasonable rental fee, spacious & unique. Shawn, our go- to guy for the night, was attentive & professional. Cons: payment can only be made by adding cc to the account & it cannot be removed unless you add another cc or delete your account. All communication is done via Peerspace app DM, representatives meeting us at the building to show us around had little to no knowledge about the space forcing us to wait days sometimes for a response on the app. Peerspace description listed amenities that came with the rental of the space only for us to be told they didn’t & would be charged extra if we wanted them (i.e. AV, speakers, mics - see Included In Your Booking section), kitchen is not a kitchen it’s a kitchenette with little functionality for a caterer. We were also told the lighting could be dimmed/adjustable only to be told the day of event that it could not be. A/C would go off for long stints & my guests were complaining of being hot. I also requested an extra half hour to be added on for break down after event but there was no follow up/response other than being advised I’d be invoiced. Never received an invoice.

The space was exactly as advertised and great for what we needed it for. The only downside would be the add on visual "projector" that was expensive to rent turned out to be a tv with an HDMI cord that connected to your device. It worked for what we needed it for but if you are expecting a projector and not a tv you might want to bring your own. Otherwise this place is gorgeous and I would definitely rent again.

This venue was perfect for my event and Brennon and his team were very responsive. Everything was beautiful and the day of coordinator Chris was awesome! I would definitely recommend this venue and I hope to book again in the future.
