This double-story loft features a downstairs living room and kitchen drenched in sunlight and natural glow, while the upstairs bedroom fills the room with elegance and electrifying noir. We invite you to soak up the light in this 1920s remodeled industrial loft. Thanks to its east-facing windows and the double-story mezzanine, this stylish loft offers fantastic sunrise views and fills the space with glistening mornings and abundant natural light. Exposed brickwork, concrete ceilings, the spiral staircase, and the slick kitchen cabinetry add the perfect balance between rustic, contemporary, and elegant. Every corner of this studio is full of energy, character, and elegance—designed to let you shine in your greatest glow! We have great parking options: 1. Extremely convenient, right across from our building on Spring street: 710 S Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90014 - Price varies, but it's affordable. 2. Unified Parking, entrance on Main Street next the little Meatzilla restaurant. This one is right on our corner as well. 644 S Main St, Los Angeles, CA 90014 - Price varies but it's affordable 3. For longer stays, this 5 story parking structure charges a fixed fee of $22 every 24hrs. This one is a block away. 545 S Main St, Los Angeles, CA 90013

Lighting description

Natural light is abundant from early morning to afternoon. There are black-out roller blinds that cover most on the sun light, but it is not full blackout. Please do not hesitate to inquire with questions.

Equipment loading description

There is a loading zone in front of the building and an alley immediately adjacent to the main entrance. The alley called Harlem PL is very convenient and hassle free.

The kitchen area often used for staging.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Any locked area is off-limits and you should not try to enter.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

PLEASE BE SURE TO READ IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING No loud music aloud. Make sure to leave the loft exactly like you found it. You will receive a check-out check-list to follow before exiting the space. No crew members outside the loft, this means no access anywhere in the building outside the loft's door. No alcohol, drugs, sex or violence at anytime. No smoking inside or through the window. No smog machine. No parties allowed. No small particles allowed. No animals or pets of any size allowed at any time. No entering the private areas or the storage spaces. Things in the kitchen are not for public consumption. Violation of the rules is subject to a $500 fine. Mess left behind may result in full cleaning fee of $150. Thank you!

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Please ask before moving anything, smoke alarms, light fixtures and wall art cannot be moved or tampered with. Make sure things are left exactly as you found them and proceed with care if given permission to move things around--any damages will be directly charged to your account.

There are security cameras at the door and main areas. These are to ensure the safety and integrity of the space. Please use the bathroom as private dressing room if needed.

Your health and safety, and my own, are a priority. Let's conduct business in a conscious and responsible manner. Please wear a mask, remove your shoes and maintain as much distance as possible. Our space is disinfected before and after each reservation. Thank you for your cooperation!

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
