Great space for our 1-day project. Host was communicative, flexible, and fantastic. Someone was sleeping on couch when we came in the AM which was a little strange and unexpected.

While the space was amazing and Joe, the building manager there was also very helpful and amazing, the host Jenny never gave me the correct address so I had 50 people at the incorrect address for 30 minutes while waiting for her to call me back. The entrance is on Clay street, not on Commercial so we lost 30-45 minutes in the beginning which really ruined our experience. I would highly recommend going straight to Joe to the building manager and booking through him.
