This is a 6000 sq ft property with 4 Floors. The basement floor s currently occupied by the property manager and is able to help set up, cook, serve, host, drive, and much more for our clients. We have the ability to offer the other 3 levels for rental purposes. Main Level - Has a gourmet kitchen with a commercial style gas cooktop / oven, two dishwashers, tons of counter space, and a stocked kitchen with all the equipment you would need. This floor also has 2 dining areas. Each seating 8 people. There is a duel couch set up that can seat 10 with a coffee table and cable TV. There is also an outside deck to this level and in the yard lovely outside seating with restaurant style string lighting. We offer access to a grill as well. Second Level - Has 2 master bedrooms, 2 queen guest bedrooms, master shower, Jacuzzi tub, and another full bathroom with a stand up shower. This floor can sleep 10. Third Level - Has 3 queen bedrooms, 2 pull out twin trundle beds, full shower with a Jacuzzi tub, and a Ping pong table. This Floor can sleep 8. This place would be great for dinner parties, corporate meetings, overnight stays, girls nights, football games, family reunions and more.
