New 3000 sq. ft. art gallery space located in DTLA on Los Angeles St. With white walls, high beamed ceiling and polished concrete floors throughout. The space is well-lit, with a big storefront window letting a lot of natural light in, as well as track lighting that can be adjusted to your needs. It has great storefront visibility along Los Angeles , and is located near Staples Center, Ace Hotel, and South PArk. The gallery hosts month-long art exhibitions throughout the year, providing a unique backdrop of contemporary art for events. Amenities: - Large movable wall that can be used as a room partition or art display - TheBox Office desk can be used as a cashier station - Track lighting can be adjusted to your needs - Wi-fi - Air conditioning to keep your guests cool - Projector and 120"projection screen - PA System Space capacity: 220 people (standing), 150 people (seated) Parking: There is two parking spaces located near the back entrance. For guests, there is a public metered parking and ALOT of space available for free after 6pm. In the past, the space has been used for many different purposes: birthday parties, corporate events, music performances, film/photo shoots, pop-up shops, and more! Additional Fees/Services: - Wall Repair Fee: This may be added for pop-up shops or other events that require putting nails or hardware into the wall to install displays or decorations. - Ask us about our in-house vinyl service! We offer basic vinyl decals using our standard font, customizable to your event information. The vinyl decals can be installed on the storefront window and/or gallery walls to enhance your event.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great space! Owner arrived on time, and stayed out of the way but was available for any questions we had! He was super understanding about the time frame we worked in, and allowed us to go slightly over time. My photographer brought extra lights to help with the darker areas of the set up, which was helpful for sure! I got a lot of content, this space is perfect for when you need to shoot multiple looks but don't want it to seem like the same space. Easy to locate, easy parking.
