***NO TICKETED EVENTS & NO ALCOHOL SALES*** hey guys, we're not zoned for any private or public ticketed events or alcohol sales. Thanks for your understanding! ***IMPORTANT REGARDING ALCOHOL: If you plan on having alcohol at your event, please purchase event insurance from the company that Peerspace recommends: https://www.theeventhelper.com/ It's very inexpensive and covers you in case someone gets hurt :). Typically it's anywhere from $60-$100. Totally worth it. Thank you :). ***REGARDING SMOKING AND VAPING Please no smoking cigarettes, marijuana, or cigars inside. Also no vaping inside. Smoking or vaping outside in the backyard is permitted. PARKING: Please let your guests know they can park either in our semi-circle driveway, or a great place to park is in the huge field next to our house... Please don't block neighbor's driveways. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. COOKING: If you are planning to cook or use kitchen, please bring your own cookware, utensils, plates, coolers, ice chests, etc. Our Kitchen includes mini fridge (no access to full fridge unless previously agreed upon,) microwave, oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, sink only. If you require additional, please let us know in advance. NO PETS. NO DRUGS. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Yes, you can move furniture around and wall decor, please just put it back the way it was before leaving :).
