Concrete floor, 13 ft ceilings, brick and wood columns, this 38x25sf loft is at the same time open and cozy. One large white wall, 38 ft long x 13 ft high is perfect for photo/film shoots, projection or hanging art. High speed internet, Verizon Fios, Gigabit Connection, 940/880 Mbps. Full kitchen with dishes, dishwasher makes for unique dinner parties. Direct access to a private courtyard large enough for 15-20 people to dine al fresco. Perfect location for dinner parties & celebrations, workshops & meetings, intimate performances, film and photo shoots.
