About the Space
Traditional cottage exterior opens into an airy entertainer's dream home, with an open kitchen/dining area that flows into cozy public spaces -- a den, and living room, both with bookshelves and fireplaces, a game room and porches, where you can cook, eat and enjoy cocktails overlooking the pool, jacuzzi and firepit. The kitchen has a seven-seat bar and a spacious breakfast nook. The dining area is completed with a rustic farm table that seats 12. The public areas of the house are bathed in natural light from skylights above the 14-foot ceilings. In addition to the beautiful porches and pool area, there's a 1,000-square foot garden, surrounded by a white picket fence covered in bouganvilla. Sit on the comfortable couches and chairs; pick apples from the tree; or enjoy a romantic glass of wine as the garden lights kick on at sunset. This is a perfect place to film a Blue Bloods-style family dinner; take engagement photos or host a cooking class or elegant private party.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Amazing house, really nice backyard! We had a small kids birthday party for my daughter. Kathy and her family are super sweet and helpful!
