About the Space

Old ironworks - big, raw space with rustic industrial details. Corner, mixed use property with total 12,000 sf. Minutes from Hudson River, Liberty State Park and downtown Manhattan views. All ground floor, ironworks/office total 4400 sf. 3400 sf garage/ironworks area, all open, no columns. 37 ft wide x. 95 ft deep x 19 ft ceiling. 1000 sf office, 3 rooms with 1 bathroom. High speed internet, Verizon Fios, Gigabit Connection, 940/880 Mbps. Large electric rollup garage door for easy loading into the ironworks area. 19 ft ceiling has several massive i-beam cranes that still move manually and can carry several tons weight. Wood beams on the ceiling. One large wall is old ceramic cinderblock. There is no heat in the garage. Electric baseboard heat is possible in the office area. Garage is big enough to park several vehicles inside and still have room to work. Additional finished loft and courtyard within the building are available as add-ons.
