  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Modern studio and intimate event space. With you in mind, we've painted our walls white to be noted as a blank canvas - great for decorations of any color or sort. Vinyl hardwood flooring all-throughout. Includes (4) 6ft. rectangle tables, 32 white folding chairs, sound system - (all of which are optional use). 6 Hour Minimum The base rate grants users: - 2 hours of setup time prior to their event - 3 hours of event time - 1 hour for breakdown at the completion of their event Amenities: - Directly off Major Highway (US-22) - Off-Street Parking - WiFi - Full Body Mirror - Clothing Rack

Kasi is a great host. He responded very fast and I was able to book his rental space within the same day I spoke to him about it. His space is equipped with everything listed in his ad. I would book his space again for any future events.
