garage door can be pull up to introduce natural light, we have installed a plastic cover to block outside air to come in. the room can be completely dark after closed garage door and lights, so it's fully light-controlled place.

Noise from AC can be eliminated by turning off AC, I can barely hear neighbors or noise from the streets. But we do have plane fly by that can introduce low-frequency noises.

Ground Floor

loading zone for 16 wheelers accessible from back of the studio, you can unload your equipment from the back garage door area.

two office rooms at the very front of studio are not permitted to access as they are for office work.

3 phase outlet, plenty of 120v outlets, circuit breaker at the back of the studio.

***Make sure no food or drink in the studio area. When you are done: Put everything away, The trash bag is located in lower kitchen cabinet, the broom is located in the bathroom, please clean up and leave the trash bag outside of the red door in the back. Turn off lights Exit and lock the back door. Music: We have a Amazon Echo in the middle of the studio, with unlimited music subscription provided to you free of charge, you can play your favorite music by simply saying: "Alexa, play xxx" Questions: I am available via phone call and text for any of your questions. Number will be provided once booking accepted. Surveillance: We do have 24-7 surveillance system running to make sure everyone's safety. Studio Rules: Take good care of the studio to make sure people after you will have the same experience. NO smoking NO drink or food in the studio (Food or drink are welcome in the kitchen area) NO water on seamless background paper NO standing on the arc of the cyclorama white wall in the back Legal: By making this appointment, you automatically agree to our photography agreement elaborated here: http://story2movie.com/agreement/. If you disagree, please cancel the appointment using link provided below. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
