A former bar & nightclub, 7th street is a three level space featuring 13 foot ceilings on the main floor, a mezzanine lounge that can hold comfortably 30-40 people and an underground dance floor/bar/lounge. Design features include exposed brick walls, vintage wallpaper and a long bar top for gathering around or serving guests. We're available for rent 7 days a week, 8am-2am. The floor plan allows for parties up to 200+ people (125-150 on the main floor and Mezzanine and an additional 75 -100 in the basement). We have hosted corporate events, birthday parties, engagement parties, fundraisers, corporate meetings, workshops, photo-shoots, brand and product launches, pop-ups, screenings, live music events, art shows and more! Details Capacity: up to 250 Location: We have easy access from Bart and public transportation (half a block from the 7th street entrance) and are half a block from the Proper Hotel and a couple blocks from Civic Center. Moscone Center, Downtown SF and Union Square are a medium length walk up Market Street or quick Uber/Lyft away. Parking: We do not provide parking, but there are both Yellow and White zones for loading and unloading supplies and guests. There is paid parking at the Soma Grand a block away. Internet: We have high speed WiFi on all floors. Music: We have an in-house a PA system with speakers and microphone connection and a DJ booth in the basement. We can also coordinate set up for a DJ on the main floor if needed. Food/Drink: The space does not have a commercial kitchen, but the basement has been set up as a staging area for catering and the yellow zones outside can accommodate food trucks. We have a full bar set up on each floor. Seating: There is a large, leather tufted booth section opposite the main bar and in the front corner of the main floor. They also wrap around the front section of the Mezzanine. The space has a liquor license and full bar services can be provided in-house. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
