Our coworking building in Silver Spring offers an excellent event and workshop space for businesses and individuals alike. The space includes a full kitchen, an adjacent gym, a breakout space, and a screen for presentations. Our area has a kitchen and breakout space to allow you to prepare food for whatever you plan to do with the area.   • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I booked this space for my significant other's 30th Birthday dinner! The space and host were fine other than the fact that it was really warm!

This was a great space to book. Friendly staff at front desk. Very accommodating with a positive attitude. The weekend air was a little warm. But this was to be expected as it was listed in the details of weekend events. Other then that this is a nice venue that I would recommend to anyone.

I absolutely loved the space I rented for my boyfriend's birthday dinner. Jay was very when it came to any questions or concerns I had. I was able to view the space and loved it. During the party, the staff member that was on site was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be booking again in the near future as well as making referrals.

Place was ok...I would book again but for a different type of occasion It’s located in an office building, and it’s a bit confusing...so for a party or large gathering I would not recommend Also I was told to pay for staffing, $25 per hour but I wasn’t told who was who I still had to go up and down the elevator to let my guest in. Overall nice size space, bathrooms were close, there also was a kitchen which was great!

I had a great experience with this space and office staff. They were very helpful and genuine. Jay was very accommodating during this pandemic. I am grateful for her and would rent this space again.
