About the Space
Our renovated studio near the Mueller area of Austin features 1000 square feet of dance space + an additional lobby area. The studio features adjustable lighting, AC + overhead fans, sound system, and marley flooring. Big, white concrete wall is great for projections! Pricing is subject to change based on nature of booking. We also have a meeting space available. The base rate is for rental of the studio itself for fitness/yoga use. Other uses of the entire space will be considered case by case and rates determined accordingly. If you would like to rent our entire space (studio + meeting space) to provide the maximum area for your group/event or if you expect more than 30 people, please contact us to discuss reserving both. The minimum cost for a full space rental is $140/hr + $50 cleaning fee.

Health and Safety Measures
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We had a small meeting for less then 10 people. The space was super clean, modern, spacious, had all the amenities we needed, it has parking out front. Sarah was incredibly attentive, helped us set up and was super lovely! Absolutely recommend this space!

The space was a dance studio with a nice little area in the back of it for meetings. Sarah (the host) was there at least 30 minutes before my time started to set up and get me ready for a presentation, I needed to use the TV screen for. She was super helpful helping me with a couple of things I forgot - like an extension cord. Space was perfect for what we needed to get done, and Sarah was a pleasure to work with. thank you Sarah!
