About the Space

This motorsports park is one of the west coast’s largest racing facilities. But we are so much more than that! If you are looking for a unique location to film a commercial, movie, or for a track to shoot your next photoshoot, look no further!!. We offer the ultimate location and our racing experience is everything you’ve been looking for.

Ambient noise description

You can hear cars and motorcycles because we are a motorsports park. If you rent the facility and do not have anyone on the track then you won't be able to hear ambient noise from outside.

There are 3 steps leading up to the front door and a ramp near our loading dock.

Electrical system description

The breaker is 220 amps and there are more than 15 outlets inside the building. The circuit breaker is located on the front of the building.

General Rules

* Outside catering is allowed * Events including alcohol must be approved prior to booking * Disposal of tires, gas cans, or fuel jugs is not permitted and must be disposed off of property. If you are renting the track you will be held responsible for any crash damage incurred. Fence damage is $750, light pole damage is $500 any other type of damage will be assesst and you will be charged. Damage must be paid in full.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

2 Million dollars of general liability insurance.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Everything can be removed but it must all be placed back in its original place.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Devices record video and audio images in the parking lot and behind the pro shop.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

To help limit the spread of the coronavirus, Peerspace has provided guidelines for hosts so guests can book with peace of mind. Learn More

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
