Great, reasonably priced space for film shoots, small parties and events, even business offsites. This is one side of a duplex house, just off Melrose and walking distance to some of the world's best shopping and great restaurants. There's even a caterer who lives next door, should you need food, liquor or bar services at your event. When you rent this space, you have full access to the entire space, including 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and small garden-style back yard. You will receive a code to open & lock the front door prior to your booking date. We do not have designated parking spots, however there is easy street parking, which is unrestricted during daytime hours, but temporary parking permits will need to be arranged for evening events.
