MAXIMUM ATTENDEES: You are allowed max. of 15 attendees for your booking. Please inform us for additional guests as there is an extra charge of $25/hr. NO SMOKING: This building is a 100% smoke-free zone. MIDNIGHT HOURS: Yes, we are open all day everyday. $20 additional per hour on any booking requests after midnight. PARKING-- We recommend parking at a meter on Spring St. (available 9AM-4PM M-F) or Joe's Parking, which is a flat $12 daily rate and is located directly across the street from our building. If you need to load large or heavy equipment, please contact us via message, and we’ll be happy to explain the simple and convenient loading instructions. DAMAGE: Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. We are more than happy to schedule you in for a walk-through. If you would like to visit the studio, please send us your preferred day/time.
