All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Check out our boutique studio space located on Southwest Boulevard for your next shoot. Nice open box space w/ a bright flat white wall on one side, and exposed brick on the other. This vintage space was once a bank some long time ago and has been flipped into a cool space for your use. We have two sets of hanging seamless backdrops (6) along the white wall. Amenities Include Full Bathroom Free Wifi 2 - Directors Chairs 4 - Black Assorted Stools 10 - Black Folding chairs 2 - Black Cushioned Chairs 1 - RGB Color Cube 5 - C-Stands 1 - Computer/Office Desk 1 - Vanity w/ Mirror

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This studio was PHENOMENAL and Shawn was very professional and helpful the entire shoot. This was my first time ever taking photos in a studio and he made the process smooth and at ease. I will definitely be booking this studio again in the near future, thank you so much for allowing my client to have a great experience at her photoshoot!
