All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Check out our boutique studio space located on Southwest Boulevard for your next shoot. Nice open box space w/ a bright flat white wall on one side, and exposed brick on the other. This vintage space was once a bank some long time ago and has been flipped into a cool space for your use. We have two sets of hanging seamless backdrops (6) along the white wall. Side One: Gray, White, Beige "Nude" Side Two: Pink, Red, Yellow, (Nassau Blue, Green, Royal Blue also avail) Amenities Include: - Bathroom - JBL Bluetooth Speaker - 32" TV (Can connect HDMI Devices) - Garment Rack w/ Hangers - Makeup Station (Desk + Mirror & Ringlight) 1 - Full body Mirror 1 - Directors Chairs 2 - Black & Metal Adjustable Stools 2 - Black Assorted Stools 5 - Black Folding chairs 2 - Black Cushioned Chairs 2 - Blue Cushioned Chairs 1 - RGB Color Cube 5 - C-Stands 1 - Desk 2 - Folding Tables - Misc Extension cords Minutes away from everything food, Walmart, Lowes etc. Notes: 1.
