All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in Bushwick, Brooklyn, Our Pop Up Space Welcomes all Brands, Designers, Artists, Yoga Instructors, organizations, musicians and Creatives of all kinds to come in and bring their vision to life. As Creatives, We understand that finding a space to express yourself entirely is an entire battle in itself. So as creatives, We pride ourselves in being able to provide a space and tools to help other creatives showcase their craft, especially here where the art community is so big. Operating hours are between 10 am to 9 pm, Monday through Saturday. Brands/Creatives have the freedom to rearrange and paint the walls in the shop as they please, as long as everything is, of course, put back in place as before. Additional Resources we can provide separately are DJs, Live Artists, and graphic designers for your event (each with their own separate fees).

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
The walls weren’t orange like i expected but the space was the perfect size for my pop up! Everyone complimented the space & had a great time. Quick response time & great communication! My only complain is that it did get hot very quick & the fan wasn’t enough after a certain point

Beautiful space perfect size for my pop up shop event. We are able to fit 4 vendors in the space. The neighborhood is a perfect spot and the owner was very responsive with my needs and respectful I will definitely be booking this space again for different events.
