Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This venue was excellent! I rented the space for my album release party. It was clean, well organized, and very spacious for my guests. We were able to use the first and second floor for the event. Robert and Shawn were great hosts. They arranged the furniture to my liking. They were even nice enough to put together (and take down) my step-and-repeat banner, which they didn't have to do at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and my guests really enjoyed themselves.

Although this is our second peer space we utilize, this one by far already exceeded my expectations. The studio is one of a kind and can be changed literally into what your mind's image depicts. The cleanliness of the building is top-notch and the staff is above and beyond with their customer service. Both Robert and Sean were extremely helpful and very supportive of our music video. They make it so you can get the most of your experience while renting out their studio. I would definitely recommend you book with them! 😀
