We have a big parking space, if it’s full then you can park outside the gate area or around the building for free

The neighborhood is very quiet and there're usually no significant noises.

Ground Floor

All the equipment can be loaded through the front door, however the access door to the studio area is only 32'' so there're limitations on certain equipment that you want to enter the studio.

No smoking inside No hard alcohol No fire No drugs Clean after shoot or event (As you received it you delivered it) Equipment cannot leave the premises of the studio You are responsible for the care and safe return of all equipment available in the studio Any damage, lost or stolen equipment will be charged COVID-19 By Florida Law I am following step by step all rules and guidelines for the wellbeing of our clients and for that, I am implementing some safety guidelines. - No more than 10 people are allowed inside the studio. -Except for the one having their picture taken, everyone else must have their mouth covered. - Try to keep any extra contact/ approaches to the minimum. I will also like to announce that after every photo session, I will be disinfecting the space before and after every client. Because of this, I will not be accepting back-to-back reservations in one day, meaning, that after every session, there is an hour and a half gap, to make sure that there is enough time to clean and disinfect the premises before the next Photoshoot.
