All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Shoot at our beautifully newly renovated cocktail bar and showroom with large outdoor patio! This location includes a modern art deco cocktail bar with brass bartop and large mirrored liquor showcase. Features a large stunning custom jungle mural with interior seating for 45 people. Large outdoor patio featuring custom wood planters and greenery seats 50 outside. Outside music/speakers and heaters available. 1500 sq ft showroom with red velvet backdrop features state of the art sound system and its own bar. Available between 6am-4pm, prior to opening every day. Alternatively, this space is perfect for daytime events on our patio and/or evening private events/art showcases in our showroom. Or, If interested in evening rental of the entire space for private parties with bar, please contact us for pricing and to discuss logistics. Showroom is located upstairs, and can be rented during business hours in an open or closed capacity. Free onsite parking for 8 regular cars, ample public parking 25c/hr behind building until 8pm. Plentiful metered street parking as well.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
No windows interior, no light leakage from front door of main bar as well as showroom. Excellent sound control. Natural light on patio, as this is an open space.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
Good sound proofing with all doors closed, however loud street traffic may be audible (car alarms directly outside, ect). No sound from A/C.

General Rules
- Certificate of insurance with the airliner listed as "additionally insured" is required in addition to Peerspace's Insurance.
- No smoking in the building, only in designated area on upper patio
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Standard Production Insurance required in addition to Peerspace Insurance.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
If replaced exactly as prior to shoot, fine. Mounted items on wall cannot be removed without prior authorization, covering items with other signs is fine (e.g. bathroom signs)
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
