All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Large area for gatherings which includes a stage, lights and sound system. Great for public speaking, performing, or artistic display. We offer a full coffee and tea selection as well as a craft beer and full cocktail bar. We have three functioning garage doors that give access to a spacious patio. *Outside catering allowed. Inquire regarding alcohol. ***Please read through our rates carefully: -Weekday Rates (M-Th) 8am-5pm $100/hour 5pm-2am $150/hour -Weekend Rates Friday 8am-7pm $150/hour 7pm-2am $300/hour Saturday & Sunday 8am-7pm $200/hour 7pm-2am $300/hour

There is parking in the front and back of the building as well as across the street.
General Rules
No smoking in building but outside is allowed. Outside catering is encouraged and alcohol can be served until 2am
OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

No, I would not book again.
Space was the ideal setup. Manager/bartender was very accommodating, however, the owner, Billy D. not so much. At arrival we noticed a puddle of water where we began to setup and simply asked for a mop to clean the area. No one said anything, later it began to rain and come to find out the roof had a leak which damaged our merchandise for the event. It’s disappointing because the bartender apologized but Billy said zero words when notified. I’m in the hosting business and we work to accommodate our guests as best as we can, not communicating a leaking roof and not resolving the issue let’s me know the type of business being ran. Once again, great staff customer service, zero owner customer service and accountability.

This venue was perfect for our baby shower. We had about 60-70 guests and had plenty of space. You are able to bring in your own catering, which was perfect for us. The host is super responsive and very helpful. HUGE shoutout to Eric the bartender. He was amazing to work with and very accommodating. And everyone loved his mimosas. I would definitely recommend this venue. Perfect for all type of events.

All I can say is simply AMAZING!!! I live in Raleigh but, I hosted a baby shower in Charlotte for a family member and the parents to be couldn’t have been happier.!! The space was amazing, but the staff were the highlight of the event. The staff was so accommodating!!!! Billy allowed us to come visit the venue prior to the day of our event to take measurements and ask any and all questions we needed answered and Eric didn’t miss a beat, which was extremely helpful. On the day of the event our Bartender Gracen was SO helpful in all aspects from helping us to set up to being an incredible bartender. In fact, I’m nominating her for employee of the year!!! The space was perfect for our event and everybody had a good time. I would certainly book this space again if I ever have to host another event in Charlotte.

What a wonderful space!! It was the perfect backdrop for pictures. The space was very accommodating and the bartender was great. Make sure you email Billy prior to booking. Peer space was a little wonky and the price wasn’t correct. I would definitely rebook this venue!
