Need a safe place for your next small gathering/event? This modern backyard lounge is the perfect place to host numerous types of events... A romantic intimate dinner party under the patio with poolside lighting. A small celebration with plenty of space for multiple round tables socially distanced apart on the large concrete area while other guests lounge under the patio area. Most recently added to the property is an expansive minimalist modern deck. The open above-ground deck has endless possibilities for photos, videos, and film. Easy to shoot from many angles. Also, production teams have found the study area with large long desk advantageous for remote schooling & work! FYI: -Quiet residential street -Ample free street parking. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Dee is absolutely wonderful! I planned a surprise proposal and her home was the perfect space! It’s beautifully decorated with a stunning layout. The backyard is spacious and the pool is gorgeous. Dee was very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole planning run smoothly. Everything was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dee’s space. You will have such a great time and a memory that lasts a lifetime.

Yes, I would book again.

Dee was incredibly warm and friendly! Very responsive and helpful in answering the many questions I had over the span of weeks along with scheduling times! You get what you see in the pictures (besides some minor changes like the hanging chair in the cabana moved to the other side of the sofa)! This space was perfect for a milestone party on a sunny day (and would have been perfect if it was rainy). There was so much space and so many places for people to sit and be! It's a little challenging to see from the photos how the indoor space connects to the outdoor space but it was wonderful!

The space (house and backyard/pool) were phenomenal!! Absolutely beautiful venue! All of our guests were blown away. We hosted our son’s 1st bday party here and it was perfect!! Dee is also one of the best hosts I have ever worked with. Beyond responsive and so helpful and accommodating. I highly highly recommend this venue and host!
