About the Space
Our spacious and private conference room is perfect for any meeting, presentation and brainstorming session. A large table and ample room to move about makes this space ideal for all your business gathering needs. The space features: Large conference table 10 comfortable swivel chairs Large TV with HDMI and USB capabilities WiFI Large ledge space for setting out food and drinks Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. There is no parking available on site but there is a large parking lot across the street that is available. There is a public parking garage across the street as well. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The conference room was great. Spacious, clean, and good TV / sound quality for our presentation. It also has a great view of downtown Seaport!

This space served all our conference room needs and the staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Highly recommend for the price! Overall, the directions were very clear and helpful. Only internal note is that the WiFi instructions did not work until I went to the front desk and they created an "account" on the MyUDR network for my email and a temporary password. I was then able to give this to the whole group.

The overall experience was wonderful from communicating with Lauren my host down to the staff in the building. They assisted me with anything I needed and were super helpful with helping us navigate the building. Would definitely recommend booking this space.

Extremely nice space in a great area. The booking agent was attentive and easy to work with. When we arrived, the space we rented had been double booked so we were stuck with a different (not as nice) space for the first half day and were not even offered so much as an apology for the mistake. The WiFi only worked for one person and we had to make trips down to the front counter to have separate WiFi accounts set up for each person in our party, which took away from our meeting time and efficiency. I would book again because of how nice the space was for the cost, but I would arrive early to face any issues ahead of time.
