A creatively-designed décor makes for relaxing and jovial spaces. The comfortable wood-paneled living room has plenty of seating. Mounted Smart TV for entertainment. The flavorful and welcoming front room, gives you another group seating option. In the dining room the burl wood dining table can be expanded to comfortably seat 12 people. A space with this much character is sure to produce a great setting for your next project. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

I am a proposal planner at Nashville Proposal Co. We set up an intimate marriage proposal in the living room with a piano player playing on their antique grand piano and LED candles. The host and home were spectacular and I can't wait to book again for another romantic experience!

This was truly the best house I could have picked for the shoots that I had planned. The home is full of sooo much character and the spots to choose from in the home feel endless. Not to mention that Ida was such an amazing host and had incredible communication skills the entire time and made sure that the shoots turned out exactly how I envisioned them. Truly an amazing experience all the way around! 😊

Love this space so much! Ida (the host) was incredibly responsive and helpful. The space appeared exactly as advertised -- absolutely stunning. We were a film crew in from Los Angeles shooting a short film for two days -- it was truly the perfect location for our shoot. I wish we would have had more time for a location scout with Ida, as we could have talked more details about how we envisioned the shoot in her space, but we took pictures of all details and made sure it was perfectly cleaned upon our check out. We are incredibly grateful for Ida and this space -- it was exactly the location we envisioned!

We used this incredible space as the getting ready location for the wedding party on our wedding day! Ida met us there a few weeks before so we could see everything in person and better plan how the photographer could utilize the home. She was so kind and accommodating. The space couldn’t have been cleaner or more put together! We are so happy with our experience here. I’d say that the home is exactly as pictured but honestly, it’s way more gorgeous in real life.
