There are limited street metered street parking and some parking lots nearby. Closest parking lot is at the Union Square Plaza.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS: 10 guest maximum included in the initial rate; additional guests are $35 per head. Requests need to be submitted at least two days prior to the booking date. To solidify the reservation of your booking, the full amount must be paid two days prior to booking date, to ensure staffing and open/close of the studio and space. Food and drinks permitted inside the studio. Water permitted into Studio space. CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. GRACE PERIOD: All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings canceled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time. TERMS (As listed in Invoice): Cancellation Policy: Booking 30 days before the event will receive a full refund. Booking between 30-7 days is half fee. 7 days of less is non-refundable. Cleaning Fee: The studio must be returned in it's original form. There is a $150 cleaning fee if conditions aren't met; left to the discretion of management. Overtime rates: Day rate based on an 8hour day, unless otherwise negotiated. Usage fee rights: are limited to the specific rights granted and may not be extended without negotiations. Agency Fee: If agency services are added, a 20% Agency agency service charge will be applied to billings. CLEANING SERVICES: The studio must be returned in its original form. There will be a $150 cleaning fee if conditions aren't met; left to the discretion of studio management. PRODUCTION PHOTOGRAPHY PAPER RATES: Set Up for social gatherings require production approval. Additional equipment used besides tables and chairs are available. Production equipment will need proper storage. Storage options are rented out at $45/hr. Package hours / daily rates available.
