A gorgeous brownstone from 1895 just 1 block from the Gates Avenue JMZ subway station. It was owned by a single family until recently and has been kept amazingly intact. The house itself feels like an art piece and a gem of Brooklyn's past. The rooms are in different states of restoration need- some of them have issues that could easily be masked for video/photoshoots or you could use the state of wear for it's own vibe. There is no furniture in the space at present. Restoration is currently in the planning process. Kitchens and bathrooms may be under construction.

The character and natural light in this space is a beautiful rarity. The space is under a lot of renovation in comparison to how it looks in the images, so just make sure to read where the host wrote that in the description! Stating that again in case you base colors, wardrobe, or gear off the assumed condition of the home from the photos. Conversation with Enrico was reliable and quick! Very excited about what we filmed in this space and very thankful for the chance to use it.
