Rustic Studio Apt with Kitchenette NOW PRE-LIT

Go back in time to a once elegant studio apartment. Features hardwood floors, peeling wallpaper, shower, bathroom, and many antiques to choose from! Attached is a bonus room that can be a bedroom OR a cute little kitchenette! We keep it as a kitchenette, but you can redress as long as you put it back how it was. Antiques include a wall radiator, tv, record players, radios, typewriters, beer cans, suitcases, pictures, mirrors, lamps, furniture and more! TV, Record player, typewriter, and shower (cold water only) are all functional too! The space is quaint and customizable with several ceiling anchors for hanging lights. There are some production lights available as additional rentals with notice. All rentals come with our green room which features a lit hair/makeup table, a full length mirror, and wardrobe rack. This room has a cyc wall, but please make sure all cast and crew refrain from walking on it or putting anything on it. You will be charged an additional fee if this rule is broken as the paint is expensive. It is a semi washable paint but it isn't cleanable once it reaches a certain point. Our studio is not sound proof, however there are hours ideal for recording sound if your production is scripted. Ideal hours for sound are everyday after 10pm, before noon Fridays-Sundays, or before 4pm Mondays-Thursdays. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY SET WE HAVE! If you wish to film in other sets during your booking we can provide you discounted rates! 2 sets are $250/hour, or 3+ sets are 300/hour. We have a open warehouse with brick or a black wall, a bar/restaurant with the exterior entrance, a locker room with sauna and showers, a bunker, a creepy office, a fully lit cycle wall, a long hall, alley space, storefront entrance, and exterior stairwell.
