BEAM Locker Room

This amazing, authentic locker room features a row of 4 showers (no water, however we have a functional shower (cold water only) in the apt set if you'd like to edit in), a sauna, thirty-six rustic lockers, a bench, and a drinking fountain (also no water). This space is ideal for any kind of locker room scene. The sauna and showers have authentic pink, grey, and black tiling from the 60s as the space used to be a boxing gym! Lockers live in the bunker (graffiti'd brick room in the first two photos). They may be in different assortments than photographed. You are welcome to set them up as you please. That room has plenty of space to utilize. If you're going for a different look, the locker setup can be relocated to the checkered room next to the showers and sauna or to our large warehouse with brick or black walls and high set windows (last photo). Your crew will need to move to your preference and move back to their origin in the bunker. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY SET WE HAVE! If you wish to film in other sets during your booking we can provide you discounted rates! 2 sets are $250/hour, or 3+ sets are 300/hour. We have an open warehouse with brick or a black wall, a bar/restaurant with the exterior entrance, a bunker, a creepy office, a fully lit cycle wall, a studio apt with kitchenette or bedroom, a long hall, alley space, storefront entrance, and exterior stairwell. Let me know if you'd like to add anything on! All rentals come with our green room which features a lit hair/makeup table, a full length mirror, and wardrobe rack. This room has a cyc wall, but please make sure all cast and crew refrain from walking on it or putting anything on it. You will be charged an additional fee if this rule is broken as the paint is expensive. It is a semi washable paint but it isn't cleanable once it reaches a certain point. Hundreds of Props available! Ask me if you're looking for anything specific. 3 functional bathrooms. AC but doesn't work well. Also have 4 fans and 2 portable AC units. No heat, but 1 small space heater. We have some production lights available as additional rentals with notice. There are two lanterns in the corners of the locker area that are available as an additional rental. If you wish to take them down, please do so carefully with your site rep.
