All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Newly updated flexible meeting space good for corporate and private events. Very close to restaurants like Chili’s, Sonny’s BBQ, Kabuto’s, and Yummy Crab. Only 6 miles from uptown Charlotte and the Bank of America Stadium. Also, we are very close to the South Park area with South Park mall only 4 miles away. Available for day or evening rentals. Outside catering allowed. Perfect for: Sales/Team Meetings Seminars Presentations Networking/Mixers and much more! Outside catering/beverages (no alcohol) allowed.

The parking lot is big enough to fit up to 140 cars.
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
No alcohol allowed.
No glitter.
No loud music between 10 PM and 10 AM
OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Setup Charge of $50 will be added to space charge. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. If room is not left the way it was received and trash is left behind there will be $75 cleaning fee apply to card on file. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear down time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. Please note: Linens are provided what's available in house and not the ivory color.

Security cameras are placed in parking lot as well as different areas of the hotel.

The space itself was nice & suitable for my event. Communication was open & quick response time. I called to confirm setup & everything was OK’d by the venue before hand. I was supposed to have 6 round tables, a food table, & gift table all with ivory linens. Once I arrived, there were only 5 round tables & they had burgundy linens. I immediately informed the front desk. They told me that was all they had. I was hosting a boys baby shower so burgundy would not work. I was firm that they told me ivory linens would be provided. They then informed me that the ivory linens were all discolored from a previous paint event. In a crunch, I had to use the stained ivory linens. I had no other choice with it being such a last minute inconvenience. Also, the room had supplies/boxes that we had to request be removed. I was not satisfied with my overall experience.
