I walked in to check in and no one knew that I had reserved the space. The host didn’t currently work at the hotel the space was reserved for. I paid extra for the projector and was not able to use it. The room was not set up. My team and I had to set the entire room up and clean it. The hotel staff did send some people to help us. I had guest arrive and they were volunteering to help us finish setting up. I was there launching a business and this wasn’t a good feeling at all to experience this. Quite frankly it was embarrassing. I messaged the host the day before and didn’t get a response back. I was disappointed in the way this was handled. I started speaking with the host Faye on May 8. I feel scammed because nothing we talked about was actually done.

Space was as expected once we were finally let in the room. Front desk staff was not friendly and did not believe the room was locked. When they finally listened to me that the room was locked, the staff member rolled their eyes and sighed like it was an inconvenience for them to get up and unlock the door for me. When the door was unlocked I said thank you, and the employee just walked away. I would not book here for any reason what so ever.
