All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in a beautiful / quiet subdivision. The typical 2 story home environment with 4 bedrooms (One Master, One with queen bed, One with twin beds, and one dressed as an office), well designed kitchen with double ovens and granite counter tops, open floor plan, and designated dining space. The property is on a quarter acre and the home is nearly 2300 square feet. It is perfect for team meetings, group retreats, movie / commercial shoots, family gatherings, etc. Owner is willing to rent the full space for your event.

4 cars can fit in the driveway and a few Ali the street. There is also a nearby parking lot by the clubhouse and tennis court.
General Rules
House rules are quite simple, please respect the location and replace anything damaged. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Drink responsibly before 8pm. Please do not park on the grass.
