Open space living and dinning room continuing to our ocean view backyard with pool and jacuzzi. Breathtaking view of the ocean, green trees, and surrounding houses make you feel like you are in a unique serene and dreamy village. You also have a view of Catalina Island. This house is great for: • Gatherings • Fundraising Events • Yoga Events -wedding -marriage proposal -engagement -birthdays -romantic dinner -photo shoot -commercial -music video This house is tastefully designed and has modern yet zen and rustic feel to it with lovely outside patio seatings. It is walking distance to Getty villa and the beach. It is within short distance to Mastro’s ocean club, Gladstone’s Reataurant, and many other beach activities, restaurants and shops. You will have the best of both world of city of Santa Monica and Malibu because this house is located in between. Luxurious Pacific palisades village by Caruso is within short drive.
