About the Space
This beautiful warehouse features amazing, rustic windows that let in the most magnificent sun beams! You just need a clear day and a little haze! Depending on the time of year, you get beams from approximately 10am-4pm on the south wall in Winter or 4pm-sunset on the west wall in Summer. The 12 windows are blackout when closed (minus a few cracks or holes that can easily be taped up). This is a large open area (minus one black, steel beam in the center of the warehouse section) that is approximately 3000sqft with 18ft ceilings. Sets can easily be built, or it can be shot as is utilizing the rustic nature of an old warehouse! We also have the makings for a church that you can set up with 9 pews, a large crucifix, and a makeshift podium, etc. ***THE PIANO IS NO LONGER HERE*** At various times we now have a floating set that changes every month! Feel free to use it as it is, redress it, or move it to the side! THIS IS NOT THE ONLY SET WE HAVE! If you wish to film in other sets during your booking we can provide you discounted rates! 2 sets are $250/hour, or 3+ sets are 300/hour. We have a open warehouse with brick or a black wall, a bar/restaurant with the exterior entrance, a locker room with sauna and showers, a bunker, a creepy office, a fully lit cycle wall, a studio apt with kitchenette or bedroom, a long hall, alley space, storefront entrance, and exterior stairwell. Let me know if you'd like to add anything on! Hundreds of Props available! Ask me if you're looking for anything specific. 3 functional bathrooms. AC but doesn't work well. Also have 4 fans and 2 portable AC units. No heat, but 1 small space heater. All rentals come with our green room which features a lit hair/makeup table, a full length mirror, and wardrobe rack. This room has a cyc wall, but please make sure all cast and crew refrain from walking on it or putting anything on it. You will be charged an additional fee if this rule is broken as the paint is expensive. It is a semi washable paint but it isn't cleanable once it reaches a certain point. All productions welcomed. Located in Van Nuys!

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

So stoked our crew found this space. It was super production friendly, the footage is incredible and the staff made it all easy on us and were helpful the whole way through.

The space was aesthetically exactly what we'd hoped for. A mix of natural and supplemental lighting gave a great look. Only issue was some exterior audio, so interviews not always are ideal for a space like this with open windows. Sirens, planes, street vendors, etc. all made for a stop/start interview - but we got what we needed regardless and Brynn was a great host! She made everything very smooth and easy, and helped us with any questions that we had!

We loved this space for our photoshoot - so much atmosphere, it was the most perfect place I can imagine for the product we were photographing! Bryan and the other site hosts were super helpful and accommodating. Would absolutely book again!

Great space. A ramshackle wonderland. Very cool. Retro vibe, interesting props, fridge, bathrooms, etc. Tons of outlets. A bit toasty in places on a very hot day.
