Our office space is equipped with convertible conference table with seats for up to 20 individuals, a high-speed and high-capacity wifi, a double-sided whiteboard, and a 42" presentation flat screen TV. In addition to our views of the Hollis Queens neighborhood, we have a mini fridge, microwave and a cafe area on-site where guests can help themselves to hot chocolate, tea, or water. We also have 2 Mac Desktops computers available upon request and access to on-site printing. Typical events hosted in the office space include: Meetings, Interviews, Workshops, Film Shoots, Intimate Events, and business lunches.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
