All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Two full floors in the heart of Tribeca on Thomas, compromising of ground/street level studio with large street-facing windows and large lower level space, with windows and outdoor space. Our ground-level space has a huge reception area, newly renovated kitchen and dining space, and includes an open plan office space with 12 desks, a sleek, modern meeting room for 12 and additional working space and event area. Newly renovated space has fresh paint, high ceilings, lots of light, plenty of closets and 2 beautiful bathrooms. Lower level can be used as a Photo Studio, Meeting Space, recording studio, office spaces, or for art, design, architecture and much more. Lower level has 3 offices and 2 very large open areas. Newly renovated and updated, the space has 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and a server room, plus 2 windows, letting in light and access via a private door, to a private outdoor space.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
