About the Space
Boutique event space in the sky. Downtown near the convention center, Padres Ballpark and Gaslamp District. Located on the third floor of the former Hang Ten surfwear sewing loft , with nice city views, our space’s 1,800 sq ft of soaring ceilings and huge windows provide a “wow” experience as soon as you walk in the door. Comfortable and inspiring. It's a great spot for PRODUCTION (Still + Video), OFFSITES or a sophisticated EVENT SPACE to watch dusk fall over the city from the treetops. Popular uses: Still Photography, Video Shoots, Corporate Offsites, Events, Cocktail Parties, Brand Activations, Exhibitions, Openings, Product Launches, Film Screenings. Street parking is available.
