The pricing will need to be adjusted based on the hours used, as after 6pm and on weekends pricing does have an increase. Any and all alcohol and specific use cases will require security to be added. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Not only would I book again… I will be booking again! In fact, I intend to refer all of my business partners in the Los Angeles area to utilize the space. Not only was booking a breeze… The staff at Spaces, more specifically Neil, were so helpful and made throwing an event in the midst of all of this Covid madness very very easy! I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for this space and for the help of the staff at Spaces including the awesome security guards! Thank you Again for trusting me with your space!
