Walk up stoop. You would need a NYC permit to block street. Ground floor is not always available.

It's a four-story house. Take your pick.

Second floor bedroom suite. Ground-floor level is sometimes rented separately.

Circuit breaker at street level apartment. Numerous outlets. Not sure electrical power rating but "The Affair" shot here with no problem for two seasons.

No smoking in building. No pets in building. Toddlers must be supervised. We will be present to act as venue managers and to supervise adherence to the space rules. LIMITATIONS: Productions that include loud, violent or erotic scenes are not appropriate for the space. Please advise of the nature of your production along with your inquiry. We will not accept booking requests without understanding the general nature of the production. We are not interested in censorship but rather in ensuring our space is best suited for your needs and will be uninterrupted. DAMAGES: The objects in this home have value. Use them with care or remove them. To protect your interest, we advise you take photos of the placement and condition of all furniture, decor and accessories, floors and walls before your production begins. In the advent of damages occurring during your production we urge you to notify us immediately so we can assess together. LOAD-IN & OUT: This is a privately owned home, but please be mindful of neighbors. There is one step down to the garden level, and a full stoop up to the parlor. Specify if you need to garden level, which is often rented. SECURITY: If you need doors to be open for load-in or load-out please dedicate a crew member to watch over who enters building. OUTSIDE: Filming scenes outside will be additional fee, depending on your needs.
