Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We are extremely vigilant about cleaning our space! All surfaces, bathrooms, bars, door handles, light switches, tables, and furnishings are wiped down with PDI Super Sani-Cloth- an industrial, hospital grade virucidal that kills germs within 2 minutes of contact. Further, in between bookings, we utilize a UVC disinfection lamp for each room and bathroom. The process takes 4 hours to do the entire space, 1/2 hour for each room and hallway and 15 minutes for each bathroom. In addition, we air out the space by opening all of the doors and windows and use an industrial fan to pull the air through the space during cleaning.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

This luxe lounge is situated on the renowned Sunset Strip directly `across from the London Hotel and just two blocks away from the exclusive Soho House. This intimate venue is a luxurious backdrop for: • private screenings • product launches • gifting suites • interactive game nights • private parties • social gatherings This space boasts five unique rooms--a large reception room and furnished lounge with a marble bar and LED screen, a game room with conference table, a secondary smaller lounge, a tasting room with private bar, and an outdoor patio with fire pit. When the venue is not being utilized for custom liquor launch events, it regularly hosts celebrity birthday parties, game nights, sporting events, product training, gifting suites, photo shoots, and filming. The venue is a part of a larger consortium of exclusive spaces in West Hollywood and Hollywood and can provide turnkey event services to include beverage packages, customized alcohol, full service catering, entertainment, design and decor, branded elements, valet, and additional special requests. As our guest, you can choose to have the key and total privacy, or receive full concierge services and red carpet treatment. General Rules

Bar packages are available and provided by the venue for an additional charge. Outside catering is allowed and there is a small kitchen on site for use. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor patio only. No amplified music allowed on the patio. Special permits, if needed, are the responsibility of the client.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
