HOURLY RATE - The posted price per hour is for a max group of 12 persons. Larger events are welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing. EVENTS, FILM, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION - Please be up front with what you’re looking to do, and we’ll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! If you are interested in utilizing the space for private events, meetings, film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability - NO ADULT FILMING ALLOWED Please include the following • Total number of persons • Desired date(s) • Exact hours you will need (i.e 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down • Equipment & lighting specs HOLDS Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation WALK-THROUGH / SCOUTING We are happy to accommodate initial location visits provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) visit prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will l only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All visits are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests reservations/productions OVERTIME - All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate per location policy. PARKING There are up to 3 designated parking spaces. Parking in neighbors designated space is strictly prohibited and will result in towing, citation and removal from the property unless otherwise permitted. It’s under 24-hr video surveillance, so save us both the headache and park elsewhere. There is additional free street and lot parking close by. NOISE We have zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 8PM to 8 AM CLEANING & DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. An additional cleaning fee will be billed to the credit card on file, if there is excessive trash and/or equipment left behind from your event. Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation MISCELLANEOUS There is NO SMOKING allowed in the space. No glitter, confetti, slime, or silly string can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated Thank you for respecting our rules, and we look forward to hosting your next project!
