Our 6,500 square-foot loft features a 2-wall pre-lit cyclorama, innovative and custom performance stage capability with dual projection system, spacious practice studios, dressing/makeup room, catering area, storage and lounge with kitchenette.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Yes, I would book again.

This is going to be a long and thorough review so please grab some popcorn, sitback, and relax. I contacted April in Early November when my Fiance and I decided that we’d have a surprise wedding for our family. I sent April a message detailing my plans for the space. April replied immediately and allowed us to visit the place at our earliest convenience. Upon visiting the space we realized it was better than the pictures indicated. The multipurpose space is vast, clean, open, and ready to use. While on our visit we explained our vision to the best of our ability. April’s mom (she was there representing April) was excited about the possibility. was open to allowing us to see the space. To understand this space is to understand April and her family. Her mother listened to our visit, then gave us tips to make the guest experience better. There was no limit to what we could do in the space. She even negotiated a deal for us to use a neighboring business’ entrance to keep our guests guessing. The day before the wedding April and her mom were there while we setup the venue. As the space transformed into a matrimonial wonderland, the enter 10PRL began to add extra touches to the space to make it look more “wedding-like”. They added additional vines and lights to the ceiling HVAC (a very nice touch). They added walled lights. They added personal touches that helped further transform the space. This was volunteered and speaks to who they are. Great space, must book!!!!!
