About the Space
Our versatile space is perfect for video shoots and photo shoots. Our light and airy space on the third floor includes 5 windows and has fantastic views of the Fox River, which adds to the tranquil environment. Our space is flooded with natural light from our three south-facing windows and two west-facing windows. Each window has blinds so you can adjust the light. We're happy to set up the space to your needs. You can choose the space as is (no tables or chairs set up) for versatile space perfect for yoga, pilates, or video shoots. Alternatively, we can set up 1-4 round tables with seating for up to 8* people at each table. Or, we can set up seats for up to 40* in rows for a more seminar feel. Our space features a large TV perfect for PowerPoint presentations and a huge white board (the entire wall!) for jotting down your excellent points for all to see. *During Phase 4 in Illinois, we are limited to smaller groups. Please inquire to see if our space is right for you. Our unit is on the third floor of a quiet, historic office building that features an elevator. The building is not fully wheelchair-accessible, though, as there are 6 steps to enter the building. Our side door on a side street is perfect for loading and unloading equipment. There are just a few steps up into the building where you'll find an elevator to take you to the third floor.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
