About the Space
Nestled in the Oakland hills this house offers a lovely garden right off a beautiful kitchen with tons of natural south facing light. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a garage, guest will have access to the whole house and garden. The garden has many nooks and different locations for shots, including a tree house. Walkthroughs are welcome and there is plenty of street parking. The garden is in full spring bloom right now

The space is exactly as pictured. We were able to use the boastful backyard for a majority of our shoot and enjoyed the indoor space for staging.

We held our team video shoot at this location, as well as used the outdoor space for our professional head shots. The space was even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen and living room provided some great lighting for the videos and the backyard offered a number of different background options, especially as the lighting changed. Joann was a great host, easy to communicate with, clear instructions for getting access to the house and was very accommodating. We had access to all but one room in the house (which was more than we needed) and several of us had to attend virtual meetings during the day and had no problem on the wifi. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We would love to rent again!
