Feel like American royalty! An amazing space to host your next off-site, meeting or workshop. Jackie Kennedy came here to worship before she visited Gore Vidal who lived at Edgewater. After the church was de-consecrated, this is where the Fluxus Art movement was founded, and where John Cage premiered many of his original works. The space has been beautifully renovated while keeping original details. The former church has beautiful spiritual energy and is used for private concerts and poetry readings. It is ideal for any type of team/company off-site. The property is 3 parklike acres with an outdoor swimming pool (open between early June and Labor Day). There are endless interesting places to visit nearby (FDR Home and Presidential Library, Montgomery Place, Olana Historic House, Clermont, Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome, Dia Beacon, Bard College, Rhinebeck Village etc.) and amazing restaurants. Barrytown is 100 miles north of New York City, next to Rhinebeck and easily reached with Amtrak (Rhinecliff).
