All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

My living room is a beautiful oasis with the best natural light. Plant filled like a tropical jungle with tasteful furniture. Great for small parties and photo shoots. I have decorated with thoughtful beautiful feminine esthetic I even have a professional ring light. It’s a true oasis in a cute quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near several restaurants and many lines of public transportation

General Rules

No smoking or loud music and nothing passed 11:30 pm. Please take anything you bring back out with you. Do not touch the plants. I will gladly move something if needed. Outside catering and drink allowed. Parties no larger than 20 people max
