All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our beautiful home living space, is perfect for meetings, photo shoots by the fireplace, gorgeous fruit trees in the front yard. Also a kitchen area for food. Production ready, with lots of light shinning onto beautiful original wood floors. Small Backyard space that can also be utilized. Our house is quaint with lots of charm. A nice place in beautiful East Pasadena not far from old town easy access from freeway, lots of street parking.

So happy we found this space! It was the perfect location and I truly have no complaints.The host Star was the best from the day I booked up until the day of our event. She allowed us to go look at the space before our booked date to make sure it would meet our needs. She was very helpful, offered to help us with set up, provided a table and chairs and overall made this experience so easy and stress free. We are definitely open to using her space again in the future.
