All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
I've got a great 2500 square foot loft in pioneer square. There’s a 300 square foot exposed brick studio with great morning light facing a graffiti alley and private bathroom. Also big living room with exposed brick, fire escape and dark hardwood floors. Balcony overlooks king street station clock tower. Available for photo shoots, events etc.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Yes, I would book again.
Very cool, clean space with great natural lighting (according to my videographer). The rest of the loft was enormous, but we only used the main living area space. Host was friendly, efficient and communicative. Furniture and decor was awesome.

Excellent space! Cristal clean! Beautiful interior Decoration. Lots of space this place is huge, I was impressed with the size of it. There’s a load/unload spot right in front of the building too. Parking on the street close by. The host :Andrew is super cool! (I rented the place for a video shooting and we went over the time We rented, Andrew didn’t not even charged me for that). Definitely would recommend it!

The space was booked for first look location and wedding photoshoot. The host was very responsive and nice. The space was great with lots of natural lighting. One issue was all the dog hair. Luckily none of us are allergic but they were everywhere.

No, I would not book again.
The space was great, the location was a little sketch. It’s by union gospel mission, lots of homeless camped on the street. Sirens could be heard quite often. Not a very peaceful location and probably not the best place to be after dark.
